9/2 - test news as former New Content Creator - e-subscriber box revealed for NCC after GA here

test w/ email notification triggered -- this user should be Group Admin in this group but New Content Creator on the homepage. When creating news from Home, the e-subscriber box is visible. It was not visible when user only had New Content Creator.... We'll see if the system lets me publish this or if it will treat it like a New Content Creator post (even though it's by Group Admin).
